Hopefully you might also be looking to hire graduating Seniors as well as for summer positions or full time.\nYour team can show students what working in an automotive shop is really like. Share the skills you look for\, talk about training and apprenticeship opportunities\, and offer a simple hands-on activity if you'd like. You can also introduce your shop\, discuss current openings\, and connect with students who may be a great fit in the future.\n\nStudents are especially interested in learning what a typical workday looks like\, how to prepare for an interview\, and what it takes to get started. Your experience can help them picture a path they may not have considered before.\n We are looking for shops to assist in this endeavor.
