Jennifer tracks both federal and state Right to Repair efforts and will walk us through where things stand today\, what is at stake for independent shops\, and what comes next.\n\nAs vehicles become more connected\, vehicle data is increasingly sent directly to manufacturers\, who control who gets access and at what cost. By 2030\, roughly 95% of new vehicles sold globally will have this wireless connectivity.
