Diagnostic Inspections - Lunch & Learn

Join us for our Lunch and Learn - October 1st, at 1pm

There are many shops who do not charge for diagnosis and that is wrong!  Your people need to be trained and have the technical know-how to even begin to understand how these systems work, let alone the proper way to diagnose them.  You deserve to get paid for your investment of time and money so that you can provide this service.

But you are up against the “Free Code Checkout” offered by many parts stores.  Additionally, many driver’s think that the codes that the systems display point directly to the failed part with no diagnosis required. It’s an uphill battle.

During this “Lunch & Learn” session you will be shown how to build value into diagnosis so that you can charge for it with little push back.  We will discuss using digital inspections as diagnostic routines to be shared with the customer, giving them value for the analysis that they are paying for.

Join me, while you munch your lunch, in learning the advantage of using diagnostic inspections to charge customers for a diagnostics and provide a step by step process for your techs to use, follow, and document the path to the actual failure.
