Those Millennials many used to joke about - well, they are entering their highest earning years. 

 

The last five years, numerous auto repair shops have seen softer growth. As many of your customers reach retirement, they are progressively disappearing from your customer pool. 

 

On the other hand, younger generations—Millennials and Gen X—are entering their highest earning years and relying on their vehicles more than ever. They have traded television for Netflix, radio for podcasts, and postal mail for text messages (mailers, anyone?). And that good ol' fashioned word-of-mouth growth strategy? Well, for these buyers, their word-of-mouth happens on social media.
