A light, interactive activity designed to bring energy and connection to the morning.

12:00 ? 3:00 PM | Lunch and Outdoor Team Experience
Featured Experience: NWACA Escape Resort

The NWACA Escape Resort transforms the traditional team-building concept into an immersive, resort-wide experience.

Participants will work in teams to navigate a series of challenges designed to test communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. Each station contributes to a larger objective, requiring teams to think strategically and work together to reach a final solution.

This experience reflects a key principle that applies both during the event and within your business:

This session is designed for current and emerging leaders within NWACA chapters.

The Leadership Meeting provides an opportunity to come together, share ideas, and strengthen the consistency and effectiveness of chapter leadership across our association. Discussion will focus on what is working at the local level, opportunities for improvement, and ways to continue building strong, engaged chapters.

Whether you are currently in a leadership role or looking to become more involved, this session offers valuable insight and connection with others leading within NWACA.

An opportunity to enjoy the resort, recharge, and spend time with fellow attendees.
