NAPA AUTOTECH Class: Tactical Diagnostic Series – Day in the Bay 2026

Spend a day in the bay with a Senior Master Technician and experience diagnostics the way they happen in the real world. This case study-based course follows actual vehicle diagnostic and repair scenarios from initial customer concern to final solution, providing valuable insight into the thought processes and testing strategies used by experienced technicians.

Attendees will explore advanced diagnostic techniques including power-moding, lab scope testing, charging system analysis, and systematic fault isolation. Through real-world examples, you'll see how a master technician approaches complex vehicle problems with accuracy, efficiency, and confidence.

Whether you're looking to sharpen your diagnostic process or take your troubleshooting skills to the next level, this course delivers practical techniques that can be applied immediately in the shop.
