Help local high school students explore what’s possible after graduation! iTAC is looking for automotive shops to join us at Rogers High School in Puyallup to share your experience and guidance to students looking to get in the industry.
By participating, your shop can:
1.     Meet curious students and talk with them about the many career paths available in automotive service.
2.     Showcase your shop and share any current or future job opportunities.
3.     Connect with potential team members who are interested in learning and growing in the field.

What we hope students will learn from you:
· What it takes to work in your shop: Share the skills, strengths, training, and education that help someone succeed.
· What a job opportunity looks like: Bring a sample job posting or describe the positions your shop offers.
· How to prepare for an interview: Explain your interview process and, if you can, share a few questions you typically ask. Help advise students on what earned experiences shops will be looking for in the future to help them plan ahead.
· What automotive careers are really like: Help clear up common misconceptions by sharing your firsthand experience.
· How to stay connected: Invite interested students to reach out, especially if you meet someone who may be a good fit for your shop.

This is an open community event, and your time can make a real difference for students considering their next steps. It’s also a chance to introduce your shop to the community and meet future talent.
