Rogers HS College & Career Fair
Did you know you can provide opportunities for High School students to talk with and do hands on projects to help inform students of what is available to them after graduation. iTAC is looking for shops to assist in this career fair.
By attending the job fair, you will have the chance to:
- Network with a wide range of students eager to learn of the opportunities available to them.
- Showcase your company and promote job openings.
- Find the perfect fit for your team, enhancing your workforce with new and skilled talent.
- Help promote the iTAC program.
This is an open community event and your help would go far for not only iTAC but for your shop as well.
Goals:

Students will understand the type of talents, strengths, training and/or education needed to be employed by your company

Students will be able to look over typical job posts for your company

Students will be able to learn more about how your company conducts interviews *Bonus points if they can see typical questions asked during an interview.

You will feel free to bust myths about your career field

You will encourage students to connect with you directly! Especially if you see them as a good fit for the work your company does.
