Spokane Chapter Meeting
Future -Proofing Your Shop: Training as a Competitive Advantage
Come join us for a important round table discussion
The NWACA Spokane Chapter has a new board, and we are excited to move forward with fresh leadership and new opportunities. We will announce the new board at the meeting.
Our new Chapter President, Steve Corridori of Six Star Automotive, has been researching local training options for our members and would like your input. At this meeting, we will be having a round table discussion about localized training and why it matters and what members would like to see from future training opportunities. Steve has a vision for our industry focused on expanding and improving access to training for our local automotive shops.
Talking points that need your input:
Would you agree that our shops need more localized training?
What's the biggest skill gap you're seeing in your shop right now?
What are some training topics you'd like to see for your team?
What level of commitment would you be willing to make to support localized training?
Steve will also be sharing a few key takeaways from the book Extreme Ownership
Please come and be part of the discussion, this meeting will be worth your time!!
