DiagFlow Diagnostic Workflow Training

Join us for DiagFlow workflow training for technicians and service advisors. Learn a structured approach to diagnosis, documenting evidence, and confirming that repairs address the customer’s concern.

What we will cover

The DiagFlow 13-step workflow will be condensed into six stages: complaint, research, test plan, recorded evidence, repair decision, and post-repair validation.

Better test decisions. Understand what each test is meant to prove and when to investigate further.

Clear technician to advisor handoffs. Provide evidence that service advisors can explain to customers and use to price and sell repairs.

Scope topics. Brief coverage of cam/crank timing, in-cylinder pressure, and baseline testing.
