Bill May
Chair
Mayservices, LLC, Repair Industry Workflow and Operations Consultant
I help independent repair shop owners get more value from their software, improve daily workflow, and turn missed opportunities into profitable work.
With more than 40 years of small business management experience and hands-on experience helping shops implement and use Mitchell1, I understand that buying software is only the beginning. The payoff comes when your people, processes, and tools work well together.
My approach is straightforward: listen first, find the friction, and build a practical solution that works for the owner, the staff, and the customer.
What’s one thing in your shop that takes more time or causes more frustration than it should?
Let's set up a time to review what might be holding you back.
