Who Are "They"... and Why Are They Still Running Your Shop? Reno Chapter Meeting.

Join-CEO of Transformers Institute | Multi-Store Automotive Business Owner | Speaker, Trainer, and Contributor: Greg Bunch.

Who Are “They” … and Why Are They Still Running Your Shop?

Most shop owners are not stuck because they lack effort.
They are stuck because they are following rules they never questioned.
Rules from old bosses, coaches, competitors, and an industry that rewards doing what everyone else is doing.“This is how it’s done.” That exact thinking that built Blockbuster. It also put them out of business.

In This Session:

• Expose the beliefs that are quietly capping your growth
• Identify the “they said” rules costing you time, profit, and freedom
• See why most shops are misaligned with what customers value
• Understand how experience, speed, and communication now drive revenue
• Pinpoint where your current operating system is breaking

What You Will See Clearly:

• The industry has already shifted
• Most shops are still operating as if it hasn’t
• Customers are making decisions differently from what you think
• The gap between top shops and everyone else is widening

If This Hits, You Are Exactly Who Should Be In The Room!

• You feel maxed out but know there is more
• You are tired of working harder without breaking through
• You know some of what you have been taught no longer makes sense
• You are ready to think differently and act on it The opportunity in this industry is massive.

Most will miss it because they keep following “they.”
A small percentage will question it, rebuild how they think, and take it.
That is the difference.

This is a great opportunity to stay informed, ask real-world questions, and connect with fellow Reno–Sparks shop owners as we move into another strong year of chapter meetings.

BIO:
Greg Bunch,
began his journey in the automotive industry as a general service technician at a small Volkswagen shop in Southern California. What started as a hobby working on air-cooled Volkswagens transformed into a career spanning over 30 years. Over the decades, Greg earned his ASE Master Certification, served as a service advisor, store manager, shop foreman, and eventually became a successful shop owner. Today, Greg owns and operates six thriving auto repair locations across Colorado.

In addition to his achievements as a multi-store owner, Greg is the founder and CEO of Transformers Institute, an industry-leading coaching, consulting, and training company dedicated to transforming the automotive repair industry. Transformers Institute’s mission is to help shop owners become better business leaders and empower their employees to deliver superior service to customers, working to eliminate the "black eye" often associated with the industry.
A sought-after speaker and trainer, Greg regularly presents at industry events on topics such as sales, leadership, personal development, business management, marketing, technology and shop operations. His talks blend humor, real-life stories, actionable insights, and inspiration, leaving audiences motivated to improve both their business and personal lives.
Greg’s expertise extends beyond the stage. As a contributing editor for Ratchet & Wrench magazine, he provides valuable insights read by thousands of auto repair shop owners nationwide, further solidifying his role as a thought leader in the industry.
With a passion for education, innovation, and leadership, Greg’s work continues to inspire and drive positive changes within the automotive industry, helping the aftermarket automotive repair industry reach new levels of success.
